If I thought either of my kids or their spouses had the chops to do this, I'd start turning things over to them.

But looking at the number of people who have passed through my life since I started making money, there appears to be precious few who can perform the tight wire act between greed and fear. Be interesting to see if there's any common threads between the people who have managed to survive so far.

But I don't think there is. It's a bunch of individuals. I'm not like you, who isn't like Rocket, who isn't like Claude, and so on. Need to develop your own style.

I guess the thing is to risk less and less of the percentage of your wealth as you get older. But what is safe and what is not these days?
