David the incidence of Asthma in the United states has risen sharply since 1980 while the number of smokers has declined sharpley. Maybe I could argue that quitting smoking leads to a sharp rise in Asthmatics.

Read the article I posted earlier on this thread about the World Health organization recently suppressing their own study which showed that passive smoking does not cause smoking related illness. This incidently was the most comprehensive study done to date on the subject.

THE world's leading health organisation has withheld from publication a study which shows that not only might there be no link between passive smoking and lung cancer but that it could even have a protective effect.
