Hello Mr. Bill, Thank you for your post, I'am very glad you agree! Yes, NSCP has made a double bottom with a nice strong accumulation, I also believe positive news is pending within the very near term. They have already warned the street about the earnings, It's already in the stock price..... I somehow think the earnings announcement is going to be better than everyone is expecting, or as you mentioned an upgrade! Do you think they will annouce, that NSCP is going to stop charging for its browser! if they do thats very good news, the market is waiting for such an announcement, rumor has it that they will!
