Now you've got a combined $20 Billion company, holding $5 Billion combined cash, throwing off $1.6 Billion annually in cash flow, and $1 Billion in earnings, planning to buyback $3 Billion worth of shares representing 1/6th of the company. And Mr. Algo Rithm working with his buddy Mr. Arb Itrage still sees no value.
