Borl has had a bit of a problem meeting release schedules. The fact that C++ Builder is out, on time is a big deal. Adding to that, the press has given C++ builder good coverage. Good reasons for speculation. Borl is slumped because of problems. If probs have been resolved, then no where to go but up. None of this even considers the possiblity of a take over (which is a good possibility).
