(an old article i stumbed across. what is the equity relationship between CVUS and CT&T? -- mark)

I'm not sure if that's a question, but the answer is that CT&T is the technology company owned by Hovanian, Phillips, and the inventor (Broussard?) on whose patents the pioneer's preference license for NYC LMDS was granted. The owners of CT&T contributed the license in return for CVUS shares and a royalty on CVUS revenues (hah!). For while, it seemed that the technology actually meant something, and it looked like the founders kept the technology goodies that could be licensed to Russia and beyond. (In contrast, Omnipoint's pioneering technology was kept in the company.) As it turns out, the CT&T technology is not being adopted in the field, as vendors like Bosch, Nortel, etc. blow by them.
