Oh, I forgot to mention that when Joe Granville (big name in those days) and a bunch of other leading names were saying that DOW would drop to 1000 (after the drop from 2700 to 1700)and I sold - you guessed it that was the market bottom. My brother-in-law held from the Oct 87 drop and by December was back to even. That was the classic buy high and sell low - my first tough lesson about the market.

Since 1996 when I started my newsletter my models (2 trades per week average or less) have averaged 61%. Not the greatest return but good enough for me.
