Hi larry. Thanks for your input and opinion. Again, I'm not trying to hide myself behind a wall. I know all those FACTS. Still lots of obstacles that GE has to go through and hopefully with success.... The sky is cloudy, but not overcast (did I spell that correctly ?).
It must be my PMA which keeps me hopeful about GE. I've waited over a year now, I can wait another one (hope that it doesn't take that long though, LOL).
You said, why doesn't GE mine the site for some $$$$$ ? Well, to produce it costs money before you earn some or any, which GE doesn't have do they ? They can't afford to pay their salaries, so production...??? They have already the rent of their Bolivian offices, their land and all other usual costs such as electricity,Bolivian employees salaries, etc., etc.
I was much more worried last year from July to December. Since the beginning of 1999, things have unfolded above my expectations. Those are the reasons why I'm optimistic, but of course moderately.
We shall see what comes up in the near future.
