Because Itchy, many American Jews have this foreign country they are strongly allied to, while blacks and Episcopaleans don't. I'm part Irish, but Irish isn't my religion, and I don't have any special feeling for Ireland, nor would I commit espionage against this country FOR Ireland, fight for policies that benefited Ireland at the expense of America, etc.
