McClellan Summation & Oss / NYSE Higher low divergence to price lends credibility to the belief that this bottom has some validity for another 4-7% rally as the Oss recyles to the upside. My own selling of QLGC while near the high is another good sign....for further rally that is.... stockcharts.com
