"Full of imported Hondas,Toyotas and Audis" First this next step they upgrade housing. It hapened mid-90's. Our parking lot became full of imported cars. After that we saw a big change on the neighbors, majority moved out. Interlude period started after 1999 devaluation and kick-started again two years ago. Full of imported Hondas,Toyotas and Audis once again. Next we will have housing upgrade. Case in point one my neighbor: Sold one of the flats they've got. Bought Honda. A few months later: Sold the remaining flat they were living in and did housing upgrade.
