From the post world war two era to 1992 over 90% of immigrants to Canada were from Caucasian countries.

Due to changes in most of those home countries.. they thought the deal better to stay put after 1992... so we had to look at the next option... Ravages of WWII were long gone..
pretty simple...

BEST OPTION.. all current Canadians have min 3 kids... problem solved...
