Thanks for that post. It certainly puts things in perspective. I wasn't the least bit worried about Verizon's hiccup. My concern is with the Korea/US DSL installation ratio. Tiny Korea is outperforming the giant US. Where the hell is our technology lead? All that productivity attributed to the internet does not come from the tooth fairy. Shouldn't this be a wake up call?
