Novalog and SigmaTel Establish Product Alliance; Agreement Targets Expanding IrDA(R) Market COSTA MESA, Calif. and AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Novalog, Inc. a subsidiary of Irvine Sensors Corporation (Nasdaq: IRSN - news; Boston: ISC - news), and SigmaTel, Inc., a privately-held provider of audio, broadband and wireless communications integrated circuits (``ICs''), today announced an alliance under which the two companies will jointly develop products intended to serve the market for wireless infrared (IR) data transmission compatible with the interoperability standards of the Infrared Data Association (IrDA).
