Mr. Kunkel: If my comments are a bit troubling, it is only because I am more than a bit troubled by our stock's performance. I apologize in advance if my exasperation betrays itself in these postings from time to time. In the spirit of this new glasnost between PSINet and its shareholders, are you able to acknowledge --or refute-- a $30 buy-out offer made to PSINet some months ago which was declined because certain PSINet senior management were not assured positions of authority in the new entity? If this is false (and it could very well be), then I stand corrected. But how about setting the record straight on this?
