GE is accused by journalist John Hockenberry of currently conducting business with Iran. 9/11 Families for a Safe and Strong America and the Center for Security Policy are making the same accusation. GE is presently building a hydroelectric plant for Iran. Hockenberry, writing for MIT, has also stated that GE has been conducting business with Syria and the binLaden family, while US troops are being killed in Iraq by Iranian & Syrian terrorists. By providing the terrorist governments of Iran & Syria with US goods and services, General Electric is undermining the best interests of all Americans.
