I actually know someone who was talked into one of those 125% mortgages so that they could invest in the stock market.

Words cannot describe what I think about that whole picture.

Personal opinion is that when you get a deep correction one will have to determine is it 1968-70-74, and the market will bounce back in a year or two or three. Or is it 1930 and you will fall another 80% after the dead cat bounce. Or is it Japan? Or is it................

Jesse Livermore avoided the crash, but bought the 1st drop. Wound up committing suicide as a pauper.
