From Richard Russell this week Bearish side getting a bit too crowded? "To sum it all up, the general sentiment toward the market and the economy has changed. The bear market is accepted. And I have to wonder -- is it time for the bear market to give the world some hope? Is it time for the bulls to cross-up the bears? I think there's at least a chance that that may be where we are."
