The same place as Apple's CHRP platform-- delayed so long, that by the time it comes out everyone waiting for it went and bought windows NT.
The constant lack of meeting time frameworks on Motorola's CG is disconcerting. It indicates problems, the nature of which I don't know. Clearly this is giving CAP time to take root and tarnishing some of Amati's allure.

Here's hoping an announcement is imminent. Even a progress report would be welcomed.
