True, Zeev, but Cu has to come to support thinner wiring needed for .2 um and below. IBM leads in Cu as far as I know and has implemented it where it's needed. Others will have to implement it too, but I'm not sure when and I'm not sure if it will be with TRKN technology. I think IBM does CVD.
