Dr. Benn Wind is on a roll!! What's the news? As I write this (1:16 EDT) wind for the 4th straight day has risen to 34.5. For the first time during this period, I am seeing several big block trades (10,000+) for the first time in a while even though volumn is up during this period. Are the fund managers waking up to the potential here!! I likewise am finding it tough to find any current news.
