MIAMI, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Fusion Networks (Nasdaq: FUSN - news), a leading provider of One-to-One Internet marketing software, portal technology and content, announced today that it reached a portal production agreement with Sucesu - Sao Paulo while participating in COMDEX Sucesu SP - 2000 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Sucesu SP, the leading IT user association of Brazil, signed a Letter of Intent with Fusion Networks to license Fusion's Internet portal software. Sucesu SP membership and activities include 1,000 companies, more than 4,000 full time members and 80,000 annual education and training users.
Terms of the agreement include a portal licensing fee and revenue sharing between the two companies.
