I've thought right along that there was a silver lining in that people from the underclass were beind disbursed, which could serve to break the ties that hold them down. So what does Bush want to do? Return them to NO and make entrepreneurs out of them. Yep, just like he's making democrats out of the authoritarian cultured Iraqis. Well, maybe not just like. Iraq at least isn't below sea level.
