Phantom .. here's my two cents on the BW PR - quit making a mountain out of a molehill! I have no idea why BW phoned - maybe after a certain # of PRs, they offer a free profile. Who knows, who cares? As far as the quote is concerned, it's basically a business plan generality that has been restated - a brief overview for those who might be reading about the company for the first time.
