Just had the Today show on. They had Jackson, two other race industry representatives, and Carville. Carville sort of defended Imus (but loyalty is part of his sctick). The most amusing moment came when Meridith Vierra(sp?) asked Jackson to compare what Imus said to his own Hyme Town comment. Jackson was clearly shocked. He did not make the transition from offended self righteousness to self defense gracefully. In fact he didn't answer the question. He babbled something about fine young women and the final four and what an accomplishment winning a basketball game was.
