I have been fairly successful trading AMD from a contrarian approach. But you gotta be patient with it and let it complete its “emotional” moves up and down. The only way to catch the exact top and bottom is to get lucky. AMD has a lot of “fans” and not necessary investors. It always overshoots the top and the bottom. It is either destroying Intel or getting crushed by it, there is no middle ground. That makes it a very good stock to trade if you keep a fair perspective and stay emotionally detached. Mani
