Crime in Washington should be our first concern as Americans. When we elect people and pay them to look after our public affairs we do not give them the right to become criminals and to commit crimes with the power and money we give them to act in our names. A criminal in Washington is still just a criminal. Those around Bush are right to be worried about thier risk of being prosecuted under the War Crimes Act.
