jmac, There is a law firm that had the suit papers already drawn up, and a stock holder waiting in the wings. The suit papers will be filed as a matter of routine business Monday morning if they didn't get it done tonight. This is their routine on high tech companies. If the stock does not drop, the suit will be withdrawn. Check the 10Ks on just about any high tech company that has had a problem. You will see the same firm suing every one of the companies. Don't waste your time and the time of your friends on this. Besides, I don't want the two cents a share after Legal expense a success settlement would bring me five years from now. If I have a real problem, I will call a lawyer and be happy to pay the bills. Thanks for the offer, NW
