>well I surely don't know of many net stocks that have any earnings at all. While I would certainly agree with you on that point but it looks like this company only recently began going the way of the internet. Besides, they also allegedly provide services in addition to software sales. They have been public since March 1996, have 16 employees and only took in 14 grand for an entire quarter. I have been out of the consulting business for a couple years but I can remember charging more than $14,000 in my time alone to a single customer in a single month. Too bad I couldn't figure out how to get my company to pay me 2.6 mil for my efforts. Maybe I should have gone public :-) Thanks again and I will keep a watch to see what happens after this conference call. bz
