Hi Logain, I absolutely agree, the Treasury secrectary was exploring issuing longer term debt out to 40 to
50 years... the French have done it.... there have been several 100 year debt issues , I don't believe we have
a soverign government that has gone out that far.... but they should be locking in these historically low interest
rates.

I imagine the reason it has not been done is that the real old time money and the major multigenerational
financial family offices, foundations, folks like the Rockefeller's who made quite a splash creating a new
Top end Investment Bank.... Rockefeller Capital Management

run by Greg Fleming of Morgan Stanley........ there are many dynastic wealth owners, prudent stewards of
capital..... who like these boom and bust cycles as there are massive transfers of wealth that are always
occurring.

The owners of the Fed, love collecting the dividends on their shares.
