Melissa, Everyone has their favorites for TA, but a couple I found really helpful: Technical Analysis from A to Z Steven Achelis Secrets for Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets Stan Weinstein Achelis book gives an overall picture with definnitions of a wide variety of indicators. Weinsteins book is a little more specific - he actually uses far fewer indicators but he has a trading style I like. Of course , if you REALLY want to delve into this, the "bible" is Technical Analysis of Stock Trends by Robert Edwards and John Magee- guaranteed to put you to sleep any nite! Melissa, just wanted to tell you - I enjoy your questions. I'm just learning options, too so you have been asking all the questions I wanted to. Hope they'll be patient with us - there are so many sharp folks here to learn from! Bev
