Hello Andrew,

First you have to keep in mind this is a BB stock. Investors (quite rightly) view such a stock with scepticism.

FAMH's numbers are not yet audited which is another source of scepticism.

FAMH - at this time - is still an $8M company. Have to wait for the
closing date (whenever that occurs) before claiming this is a $70M
company.

Acquisitions normally cause a temporary downturn in stock price of the acquiring company - then an upturn as shareholders and investors
accept the deal as "good". More detail needed here.

I agree this stock should be higher than $2, but I don't see any upward movement until audited financials are released. I see the line of credit as a good sign that someone with deep pockets has seen the financials of FAMH and are willing to extend the credit (particularly now with the object lesson of ASIA). It would be good to know who the institution is however.

Be careful out there.
