i'm particularly fond of the peanut butter granola variety...find they get a bit mushy when plunged into snow....

actually the snow last week was quite cathartic, decided not to leave my house for two days, ignored the market, and caught up with the real world by watching jerry springer...

there but for the grace of god go i.......

p.s....glad you were a bit contemporary, with the mention of joe weider....would have cringed if you referenced charles atlas!
