I disagree that VLNC has been under accumulation of late. I reviewed IBD and their acccumulation/distribution rating is a "D". Meaning Valence has been under distribution. Also TC2000 charting software has not shown strong accumualation either. MGV also has been confirming this with his institutional block trade info. He says it turned up today though. Mark, where do you get your info and could you share with the thread or a PM. thanks, gmc.
