I think you have missed the following post regarding Amati's additional financings.

I don't think it will happen at all IMHO. Amati will have no problems finding people to spot them money. Their earnings potential is phenomenal, which puts people in line waiting to lend or make money deals with them. Take for example the Soros money. That was a free deal if you ask me and it wont stop there if they need more. -Eric
