There was a story in the San Diego paper yesterday about some local people who were on a cruise ship that was approached by Somali pirates. The story said the ship has a "long-range acoustical device capable of directing ear-drum-piercing sound waves at invaders". Is this something ATCO sold? Does ATCO currently sell to cruise ships, and if not -- WHY? Seems like a lucrative market to me.
