If we as canadians cannot resist rule by imperial fiat, then who on this planet can? ... i applaud Chrétien for standing to principle on this, putting the future of the UN, such as it is, ahead of the whim of the bushistas and their permawar schedule .... all the worriers whining about trade could reflect that we here have been under attack for near two years now, even in the few weeks immediately following 11.09.01 there were minions plotting against us in Washington .... would knuckling under and handing over the keys to the planet help us - i don't think so ... got to remember, that a healthy slice of the population down there is getting screwed at the same time, we act to great degree as the loyal opposition on this continent ... anyway, canadians do not kneel, so piss on these neomilitaristas, let them take their invasions programme to a parliament "France's great folly" - #reply-18724927 ... this chap is a tich harsh perhaps, but then look where he's from
