In every organization there are dishonest people. But when a group has so embraced lies and falsehoods, I'm not so certain that individuals on their own decided to cheat. It may be that several decided to cheat. When a liar is worshipped then maybe his minions might organize to cheat. Statistics can identify that which is not normal and that is an indication of possible dishonesty or cheating. I believe that when real data suggest things out of the ordinary that the possibilities should be discussed. It's not important who or why there was cheating. It's important to figure out how the cheating process occurred so that checks can be put in place to prevent future cheating.

I don't want any cheating, I don't care who it is.
