I like Fred's character on Law and Order. He keeps the zealots at bay. We need somebody like that as President.

Another guy I like is Jonas on The Unit, played by Dennis Haysbert. He also played POTUS on 24, and does Allstate commercials very effectively. He speaks with economy and there is no confusion about what each word means, either. When he says "Tick Tock" there's no doubt that time is running out. When he says "No deposit, no return," it means the bad guys are not coming back. He's probably just an actor, but I like Louis L'Amour type personalities that act with resolve and conviction, and with principle.

George Bush is such a person, but he has been over-advised and over-speechwritten. Maybe that comes to all POTUS.
