I'm inclined to think some people in Humboldt might object to their livelihood being adversely affected. But the consumer would most notably benefit in cost and quality. And then there would be that cash freed up from the War on Drugs. The prisons would be less full so there'd be more room for the violent criminals. Now we'd have to find something else for the inner city kids to sell...
