The thing to do when investing in "ANY" Venture Capital Stock whether OTC-BB , VSE , or any where else, is to do your homework , like finding out about the people who run the company. the next step upon satisfying your DD on the Directors , is to investigate the Company Projects. Venture Capital Stocks are usually very risk, never speculate with more money than you are prepared to lose. "BULLY"
