Ted, Interesting..........it took a lawsuit to get all of Bush's records released and with Kerry, the Freedom of Info. Act will do the trick.

Uh, the releasing of Kerry's records was a side effect of the lawsuit, which in turn was based on the Freedom of Information act.

Of course, the AP only sued for Bush's records, not Kerry's, but they're going to get both anyway. Funny how bias in the media always backfires ...
