Absolutely right on P/E.I just checked out earnings date.They are reporting on 3/17/2000.Consensus is .08 whisper is .13.Seems like too much of a coincidence.They announce the deal today and they have earnings in two days.Strong buy by analyst(can't get the list of analyst).Where is everyone???
