As for Korea, of course I think South Korea is better off. The reason I didn't compare Korea to Iraq is that I don't know whether or not significant portions of South Koreans were killing Americans during the Korean War(like they are in Iraq), or whether they were thanking Americans for freeing them from the North Korean invaders (like they did in Kuwait). That seems to be the issue in the comparison. I just don't know the history there (as I said, the issue was seldom in MASH....). Elroy
