PS- you can question Microsoft's business practices, but Ballmer has been fairly predictable in bemoaning that tech stocks are too overpriced. Let us give him some credit for speaking his mind as opposed to most high tech execs who are forever boost their company stock. So.... MSFT employees are *already cashing out their options as soon as they're able? -JCJ
