Thanks for the assessment. What's notable about the stock is (1) sales and earnings from the last quarter were PISS poor, yet the stock didn't tank. (2) The volume has been huge for two days in a row. I mean UNprecedented volume, with the price steadily advancing. (3) Apparently, Fimg's technology is first rate, but they have no marketing power or resources, hence they have been looking for a larger company to buy them out (under sweet terms, no doubt).

To me, it all kind of makes sense. Why else would somebody want to acquire, in numerous 10,000 share blocks, a company whose fundamentals suck?

If "volume always preceeds price," I'm betting we're going to see an explosion in price in the next few days.
