Cabletron Sys (CS) 35 7/8 +7/8: Josephthal & Co upgrades to BUY from HOLD rating and price target of $74. Firm notes that although investors have taken an interest the stock as shares have appreciated 47% since the beginning of August, the S1 which will be filed for Riverstone Networks in the next few weeks is expected to act as a catalyst to refocus investors on CS as a whole.
