Why can't *you explain it to me? Can't you just find a link for me to whatever part of the broad body of fundamental investment theory that says to not hold stocks that have a high P/E?

Two years ago, you weren't very good at mimicking a paid M$ shill. These days, you're not very good at mimicking a fundamental investor.
