Thanks for your thoughts here. Rationally all you have to say has made sense to me also, hence the plunking down of yet another pile of cash into the equity markets.

My thought is that MIR beat its competitors to market with some asset sales and were able to secure a good price.
Relative to what may happen with so many other assets maybe going on the block, an excellent price.

So, am I more or less correct in my thinking when I base cash burn is mostly a function of that amount of money used for CapEx that is not covered by operations? If so, MIR has the flexibility to pull back enough to not subject itself to 'loan sharks' or otherwise costly finances, correct?
