Hi,Jerry.Well,it's thursday morning and no 10k on Edgar,as someone said there would be...by yesterday.Want my read on the latest?I predicted a 4 mill loss and also stated that the results would be filed after the placement was complete.This placement and the subsequent additional warrants will continue to reduce shareholder equity.The suckiest part of the numbers are that this private placement only barely offsets the losses for all of last year.And they wrote off a million bucks in pumped up inventory they have been carrying for a year.They used up all of their cash and still have the rest of the year to go.My prediction is red ink all year.I can't wait to see what kind of remuneration they have awarded themselves.And sales grew marginally.After a year with their aquisitions,the sales stay the same.Good luck
